Series Script Approval Permit

A copy of the Emirates ID; a copy of the passport if the applicant is outside the country; a copy of the material; and the applicant’s details.

• Login through the e-services system
• Choosing the required service
• Fill in all the data and documents
• Submit the application
• Review the status of the application (approval or rejection)
• Approval and payment of fees

• The customer must provide a valid media license that includes the relevant media activities.
• The customer shall bear full legal responsibility for third-party rights in accordance with intellectual property laws and regulations.
• An electronic copy of the artistic text must be provided (uploaded to the electronic services system) or submitted in person on an electronic storage device to the nearest office of the Authority.
• A summary of the artistic text for which a release permit is to be issued must be provided.
• If the customer chooses to submit the artistic text in person on an electronic storage device to the nearest office of the Authority, the text must be delivered within 30 working days. If it is not delivered within the specified period, the application will be canceled, and the customer must submit a new application.
• The customer must pay the service fees within 21 working days. If payment is not made within the specified period, the application will be canceled, and the customer must submit a new application.
• The customer undertakes that all entered data is accurate and correct, and that the attached required documents related to the service are valid, effective, and up to date, and bears full responsibility for this.
• The customer must comply with completing all requirements and take into consideration any remarks issued by the National Media Authority, if any.
• The customer must comply with media content standards and the Publishing Law.
